Background

T&E Project Consultancy Sdn Bhd was incorporated in 1993, providing services mainly for industrial projects of diverse clienteles like BASF, White Horse Ceramic Industries Sdn Bhd, Malaysian Mosaics Berhad, Kimberly-Clark, Malayan Flour Mills, IOI Pan Century Oleochemicals, Evyap Sabun, and etc.

Since 1996, T&E has also ventured oversea to Vietnam following the expansion of one of our anchor clients, White Horse Ceramic Industries Sdn Bhd, there. We provide the same professional services to our clients in Vietnam, among them are APM Automotive Berhad, Mekong Flour Mills, DKSH, Vietnam Flour Mills, all of whom are oversea investors.

With the specialized knowledge gained over the years by our fully qualified staff, coupled with the application of tested procedures throughout the stages of the project, we deliver the Ideals of Construction Projects to all our clients:

  • With local knowledge (both in Malaysia and Vietnam) and our effort of updating our knowledge by attending courses, we are able to produce practical designs with the most up-to-date and yet locally available materials which translate into value-for-money designs for construction.
  • Application of totally transparent Tendering/Procurement procedures which results in getting the most competitive and suitably qualified contractors for all work packages.
  • With a full-time construction management team on site, all changes of design to suit conditions or due to change of clients' requirements can be expeditiously coordinated therefore minimizing construction delays.
  • Due to the total-project-management nature of the EPCM System, T&E assumes overall responsibility of the project performance which then allows the client to focus on the other non-construction related aspects of the expansion project, e.g. equipment sourcing and shipping, recruitment, and etc, which impacts on the start-up of the new operation.

In short, all projects undertaken by T&E bear the characteristic of Optimum designs, Value-For-Money construction cost, Quality Assured construction works, Shortest Construction Duration and Least Co-ordination effort with maximum efficiency and control of the construction project by the client, thus creating an ALL-PARTIES-WIN situation.
